this music video always reminded me of my dreams.  like the way it was set up.

This song really takes me back
it was this song that made me buy the album when I was like
I don’t know how old I was

but I remember watching the music video

and I thought they were the “Red Hot Chili Pepper Lips”
because he starts flying on the lips in the middle of the video
and my mom had to explain to me that it doesn’t work like that
and they were just the Red Hot Chili Peppers

Fun fact, in 7th grade we had to do this assignment where we interpret a song’s lyrics
and I chose Californication
